This patient presented complaining of the appearance of existing crowns on 13, 23, 11 and 21, as well as the condition in the rest of the upper jaw.

Chairside bleaching was carried out and impressions taken for a diagnostic wax up to include crown lengthening on 11.

Crown lengthening was carried out by Biterite and the teeth were prepared for crowns 13, 12, 11, 21, 22 and 23.

e.max crowns were then fabricated by Biterite and fitted by the dentist. The patient and dentist are both very satisfied with Biterite’s work and with the outcome achieved.
