Hi Everyone

I got an email from the GDC (General Dental Council) yesterday containing a draft of there ethical guidelines for dentist advertising there services. Whats interesting is that the GDC are saying Dentist cannot use the Title “Dr” when advertising there practices unless they posses a PhD or other qualifications.

15 years ago the General Dental Council allowed dentist to use the title “Dr” apparently that’s misleading for the Patients now?? Surely changing it now would be more confusing ??
